3 month weekend program - 12 weekends
Saturday & Sunday
9 am - 5 pm

Every week end will cover a new topic with Our Inhouse Team of pastry chefs.

This is a demonstration and Hands on program where you will be taken through every aspect of bread and pastry making.
A perfect blend for someone who is seriously interested to learn in a professional setting.
